BACKGROUND

On December 30, 1988, Larry and Deborah Burns (“debtors”) filed for relief under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code, 11 U.S.C. § 101, et seq. In their joint schedules, debtors claimed as exempt their vested interest in Larry A. Burns, D.O., Inc., Money Purchase Pension Plan and Trust and their vested interest in Larry A.
