—Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Douglass, J.), rendered March 8, 1999, convicting him of sodomy in the second degree, incest, sexual misconduct, endanger*501ing the welfare of a child, and sexual abuse in the second degree (three counts), upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. Justice Santucci has been substituted for the late Justice O’Brien (see 22 NYCRR 670.1 [c]).

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

The Supreme Court properly denied the defendant’s motion to dismiss the indictment pursuant to CPL 30.30. The People were required to be ready…
