Denying Without Prejudice the Plaintiffs’ Motion for a Preliminary Injunction to Restore the Status Quo

I. INTRODUCTION

These cases come before the court on the plaintiffs’ motion for a preliminary injunction to prevent the government from either censoring or compelling their speech by requiring them to recruit new members to the Navy’s Chaplain Corps.
