JONES, Circuit Judge.

The plaintiff, Commonwealth Trust Company, trustee in bankruptcy of Colonial Iron Company, a Pennsylvania corporation, seeks to recover from the Reconstruction Finance Corporation (hereinafter designated as R. F. C.) certain pig iron, or the value thereof, which had been pledged by the Iron Company, prior to its bankruptcy, as security for the payment of loans from the R. F. C.
