MEMORANDUM OF DECISION

ORMA R. SMITH, District Judge.

This action is presently before the court on motion for summary judgment by defendants Hustler Magazine, Inc., Larry Flynt, Ed Miller and John Ferguson. 1 As grounds for their motion, defendants assert that plaintiff’s action is barred by the one-year statute of limitations found in Miss.
