Plaintiff’s claim in this case arises out of a unit price contract entered into with the defendant through the Corps of Engineers of the Army, whereby plaintiff agreed to furnish the material and perform the work for the clearing, grubbing, grading, draining, and paving of four additional runways at Moody Field, Valdosta, Georgia. Plaintiff asks judgment in the total amount of $127,545.72.
