In this motion for leave to take a direct appeal to the United States Court of Appeals from an order of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of New York (Gerling, Chief Judge), creditor-appellant CFCU Community Credit Union (“CFCU”) invokes § 1233 of the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005 (“BAPC-PA”). 28 U.S.C. § 158(d)(2).
