OPINION AND ORDER
PIERAS, Senior District Judge.
The Court has before it an appeal pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 158(a) from the March 30, 1998 Opinion and Order of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Puerto Rico, finding that Appellee and former counsel for Debtors, Stuart Wein-stein Bacal (“Weinstein”), should have disclosed a potential conflict of interest on or before February 15, 1996 and approving his application for compensation only for his representational activities prior to that date, and further approving, with minor downward adjustments, the reimbursement of expenses.…
