FINDINGS OF FACT
This Chapter 11 case is before the court pursuant to the debtor’s motion to employ The Kenesis Group, LLC (“Kenesis”) to assist in processing asbestos personal injury claims pending against the debtor, as well as provide services regarding insurance coverage claims. Travelers Casualty and Surety Co. (“Travelers”) and the United States Trustee object to this motion on a number of grounds.
