Defendants, third-party-plaintiffs, appeal by leave granted from the lower court order granting the third-party defendant’s motion for summary disposition. We affirm.

Plaintiff, Terry Rogan, built a house with materials supplied by Miles Homes Division of Insilco Corporation. When Rogan insured the house with defendant Allstate Insurance Company in 1982, Miles Homes was listed as mortgagee. The house was insured for $95,000 and the contents for $47,500.
