ORDER RE COMPLAINT TO DETERMINE DISCHARGEABILITY

Katheryn Jane Faktor seeks a determination that her student loan obligation is dischargeable pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(8). Trial was held January 6, 2004 in Mason City. Attorney Robert S.
