STATUTORY INTERPRETATION – SUCCESSOR BEER MANUFACTURER – Maryland’s Successor Manufacturers Law defines a “successor beer manufacturer” to include “a person or license holder who replaces a beer manufacturer with the right to sell, distribute, or import a brand of beer.”
