STATUTORY INTERPRETATION – MARYLAND PUBLIC INFORMATION ACT – WAIVER OF FEES – The Maryland Public Information Act (the “MPIA”) permits an agency records custodian to charge a reasonable fee for compliance with a request to disclose public records.
