{¶ 1} Plaintiffs-appellants, Takis, L.L.C., Vicki Papadimitriou, and Dimitrious Papadimitriou, appeal from a judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas granting the Civ.R. 41(B)(2) motion to dismiss of defendants-appellees, Craig D. Morelock and C.D. Morelock Properties, Inc. (“Morelock Properties”), and awarding defendants damages in the amount of $4,444.60 on their counterclaims for breach of contract.
