CROCKETT, Justice:
Defendant, George K. Cornish, was charged with two offenses of unlawfully selling drugs, i. e., marijuana. 1 Defendant waived a jury and both cases were submitted to the court on stipulated facts. He was found guilty and sentenced to thirty days in jail and fined $10.
Defendant appeals, claiming the court should have granted his motion to dismiss because the conviction was based on the uncorroborated testimony of an accomplice, that is, the officer who purchased the marijuana from him.
