Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Dawson, J.), entered December 17, 2001 in Clinton County, which denied plaintiffs motion for summary judgment and dismissed the complaint.

In August 1998, plaintiff was hired by defendant as an at-will employee to sell radio advertising. She worked on a commission basis until September 2000, when she voluntarily terminated her employment.
