Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Nolan Jr., J.), entered March 17, 2016 in Saratoga County, which denied defendants’ motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.
From September 1999 to January 2012, plaintiff was employed by defendant The Fusco Group Partners Inc. (hereinafter WorldClaim), of which defendant Andrew Fusco (hereinafter Fusco) was the president.
