MEMORANDUM OPINION

On December 31,1986, Guilford Telecasters, Inc., trading and doing business as WGGT-TV (“Debtor”), filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. On August 7, 1989, Kathrine R. Everett, Robinson 0. Everett, James Thrash, Roy 0. Rod-well and such other shareholders of the Debtor who elect to participate, filed a plan of reorganization.
