This matter comes before the Court on appeal from the decision of the United States Bankruptcy Court, Central District of California, which denied the Debtors,’ Sandor Chabot and Betty Chabot (“Cha-bots”), Motion to Avoid Lien brought pursuant to Bankruptcy Code § 522(f)(1).
