MEMORANDUM OF OPINION DENYING DEBTORS’ SECTION 522(f)(1) MOTION
BARRY RUSSELL, Bankruptcy Judge.
Debtors’ motion to avoid City National Bank’s judicial lien pursuant to 11 U.S.C. Section 522(f)(1) is denied because the judicial lien does not impair the debtors’ homestead exemption.
FACTS
This proceeding involves a home that debtors Sandor and Betty B. Chabot own in Los Angeles, California. The home, as Mr. Chabot testified at trial, is “seven doors down from Beverly Hills.” The home is subject to three senior deeds of trust and a junior judicial lien.
