The Defendant, Georgina Fisher, is charged with eight counts of structuring, in violation of 31 U.S.C. § 5324(a)(1). She has made a number of arguments for dismissal, based primarily on the Government’s conduct before the grand jury, as well as the Government’s efforts to forfeit her home in the event of a conviction.
