Appeal by the People from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Brennan, J.), dated January 11, 1984, which granted the defendant’s motion to dismiss his indictment for failure to provide him with a speedy trial pursuant to CPL 30.30.
Order reversed, on the law and the facts, motion denied, indictment reinstated, and matter remitted to the Supreme Court, Queens County, for further proceedings in accordance herewith.
