Appeal by the People from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Hellenbrand, J.), entered August 16, 1982, which granted defendant’s motion to dismiss his indictment for failure to provide him with a speedy trial pursuant to CPL 30.30. Order reversed, on the law and the facts, motion denied, indictment reinstated, and matter remitted to the Supreme Court, Kings County, for further proceedings.
