This is an application for a preliminary injunction. The complainant claims an exclusive franchise in the streets of Atlantic City, and asks to be protected against a threatened violation of such right. The defendant admits that it intends to do the acts which the complainant claims will constitute a violation of its right, but denies that the complainant possesses the exclusive franchise, which it claims.
