(Re Motions for Summary Judgment)

The court has before it several motions for summary judgment which require the court to interpret provisions contained in insurance policies issued to plaintiff MAP-CO Alaska Petroleum, Inc. (“MAPI”). 1 The defendant insurance companies are: Central National Insurance Company of Omaha and Protective National Insurance Company of Omaha (collectively “Central”), Pacific Employers Insurance Company (“PEIC”), and United States Fidelity & Guaranty Company (“USF & G”). Oral argument was heard on September 6, 1991.
