Plaintiff, Terry J. Carroll, appeals from that part of the trial court’s judgment affirming the decision of defendant, Board of Review, Illinois Department of Labor (the Board), which found plaintiff ineligible for unemployment insurance benefits on the basis that he was discharged by his former employer, defendant Musicland, for misconduct connected with his work. The sole issue raised by plaintiff on appeal is whether that part of the trial court’s judgment was against the manifest weight of the evidence.
