Molinario v. Shannon

This is an action of contract to recover for housekeeping services rendered by the plaintiff to her brother James Vincent DeCaro before his death on December 26, 1961.

The justice found that the plaintiff rendered housekeeping services to her brother for a period of about two years and eight months until her services were terminated by her brother. He found that DeCaro had intended to compensate the plaintiff, his sister, for her services to him and that the plaintiff expected compensation.
