FAIR, J., FOR THE COURT:
¶ 1. Dana Easterling's suspended sentence was revoked after he was indicted by a grand jury on two counts of possession of a controlled substance. Easterling filed a post-conviction relief motion contending that his revocation must be set aside because the hearing was untimely. The circuit court denied the motion after an evidentiary hearing. We find no error and affirm.
