¶ 1. On November 12, 2004, Rochester Presley pleaded guilty to grand larceny. The Circuit Court of Forrest County, Mississippi, Judge Robert B. Helfrich presiding, sentenced Presley to ten years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections (MDOC) with all ten years suspended upon Presley’s good behavior and compliance with the conditions of probation.
