Andres Guadalupe Villarreal, whose federal parole was revoked, appeals the district court’s dismissal of his habeas corpus petition. Finding no constitutional error, we affirm.

In 1984, Andres Guadalupe Villarreal was indicted in the Southern District of Texas for drug possession, including marijuana and heroin. Villarreal ultimately agreed to a plea bargain whereby he pled guilty to possession of marijuana; he was sentenced to a five-year term of imprisonment to be followed by a five-year special parole term.
