Beals, J. —
The commissioner of unemployment compensation and placement of the state of Washington, after hearings before that bureau, determined that certain persons who had filed claims for unemployment compensation were employees of Farwest Taxi Service, Inc., and as such employees were entitled to unemployment compensation, within the provisions of chapter 162, Laws of 1937, p. 574 (known as the unemployment compensation act), as amended.
