Appellant Barbara Cutrera, who suffers from a form of macular degeneration, alleges that her former employer, the Louisiana State University Foundation (“LSU Foundation”), the Board of Supervisors of Louisiana State University (“LSU Board”), and LSU ADA Coordinator Marian Callier failed to accommodate her disability and terminated her in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (“ADA”), 42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq., and 42 U.S.C. § 1983.
