Serampore Industries Private Ltd. and the Engineering Export Promotion Council of India (plaintiffs) challenge the final determination of the International Trade Administration of the United States Department of Commerce (Commerce) that certain iron construction castings from India are being or are likely to be sold in the United States at less than fair value (LTFV).
