This case is presently before the Court on an Application by Teledyne Technologies Incorporated (hereinafter “Movant” or “Teledyne”) For Order To Show Cause Why Arthur Alan Wolk (hereinafter “Respondent” or ‘Wolk”) Should Not Be Held In Contempt [175]. On March 22, 2004[214], the Court denied Respondent’s Motion to Dismiss [185] and set down a hearing date on the Contempt Petition, thereby implicitly granting Movant’s Application for Order to Show Cause [175].
