This is an appeal from a judgment in favor of appellees against appellant, in a suit filed by them against appellant for personal injuries to appellee Margaret Eileen Collins for doctor bills and medical attention, and for damages to the Rolls Royce automobile of appellee, Margaret Eileen Collins. Said damages are alleged to have resulted from a collision on October 19, ■1926, between a street car of appellant and an automobile being driven by appellee C. D. Collins, in which both Mrs. ■ Collins and her automobile were damaged.
