This suit was instituted in the district court of El Paso county, Tex., by Margaret Eileen Collins, and husband, C. D. Collins, against the El Paso Electric Company, for damages to the automobile in which they were riding and for personal injuries suffered by Mrs. Collins while riding in the automobile resultant from a collision between the automobile and a street car of the electric company within the city limits of El Paso, Tex., in October, 1926.
