Kevin Flynn and Randy Wolfson brought this ac*491tian against the city of Boston (city) and Evelyn Riesenberg for wrongful termination, in violation of an alleged public policy established by G. L. c. 55, § 16. A judge in the Superior Court granted summary judgment for the defendants, and the plaintiffs appeal. We affirm.
