These two consolidated cases came before the Court on a hearing on September 25 and 28, 1987, on the motion by Plaintiff, Amicus, Inc., for a Preliminary Injunction against the Defendants, Post-Tension of Texas, Inc., and National Post-Tensioning Services, Inc. Following the hearing, the Court considered the Motion for Entry of Plaintiff’s Proposed Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law and the Defendants’ Objections to Plaintiffs Proposed Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law.
