(dissenting) : I think that the motion of the defendants for a directed verdict should have been granted; and; at the least, that serious errors in the charge of the presiding Judge required the reversal of the judgment, and the ordering of a new trial. I therefore respectfully dissent from the affirmance of the judgment indicated in the opinion of the Chief Justice, for the reasons which follow.
