OPINION AND ORDER
BESOSA, District Judge.
Before the Court is the Report and Recommendation (“R & R”), (Docket No. 65), regarding plaintiffs Alpha Biomedical and Diagnostic Corp. and Cruz A. Ruiz’s (collectively, “plaintiffs”) motion to remand to state court, (Docket No. 14.) Having considered the magistrate judge’s recommendations, plaintiffs’ objections and defendants’ opposition to plaintiffs objections, *428(Docket Nos. 67 & 71), the Court ADOPTS the R & R, (Docket No. 65.)
