This is an application by a receiver, appointed under the statute, of defendant corporation for instructions as to his course of procedure. In October, 1916,- the United. States district court for this district, on a bill filed by a creditor and stock*173holders against the defendant corporation, alleging that its affairs were in such condition as that unless their administration were taken over by the court there would be loss to creditors, appointed a receiver, who has been continuing the business (that of an undertaker) until the present time.
