Claimant is a public service corporation engaged in the transmission and distribution of electricity in the counties of Erie, Chautauqua, Allegany and Cattaraugus and in northern Pennsylvania.
For the purpose of eliminating a railroad grade crossing at grade at the Orchard Park Road in the town of West Seneca in Erie County, the State appropriated five easements in three parcels of claimant’s lands.
