YOUNG, District Judge.
The plaintiff Antonio Milonas (“Milonas”) brought this action to obtain judicial review of a final decision of the Secretary of Health and Human Services (the “Secretary”) denying his application for Social Security disability benefits. The Secretary found that, despite some pain and certain recognized physical limitations, Milonas retained the residual functional capacity to perform sedentary work provided that he not be required to bend, crawl, stoop, climb, lift or carry objects weighing over five pounds, and that he be allowed to sit or stand at…
