Certiorari was granted to review First Nat Bank v. Pepsi-Cola Bottling Co., 157 Ga. App. 742 (278 SE2d 454) (1981), in which the Court of Appeals held an oral agreement invalid because the consideration, a promise to forbear from exercising a legal right for an unspecified time, was too indefinite to support a contract.
