ORDER OF DISMISSAL AND SANCTIONS
PHILLIPS, District Judge.
I. INTRODUCTION
This is a sad and unfortunate case involving the stabbing of Margareta B. Lindsey by a Vietnam era veteran, Forest Neil Simon, Jr. ("Simon”). Simon, who had a long and troubled history of mental treatment by the Veterans Administration following his release from military service, committed suicide subsequent to the stabbing incident involving plaintiff.
