DALTON, Presiding Judge.

Action for damages sustained when plaintiff’s automobile and defendant’s truck collided on U. S. Highway No. 63 in the city of West Plains, Missouri. Plaintiff, in the first count of his petition, asked damages for his own injuries and for injuries to and consequent medical expense and loss of services of his wife in the sum of $7,-500 and, in the second count, for property damages in the sum of $1,100, or a total of $8,600.
