This case is before the court on Defendants’ motions to dismiss (Docs. 42, 45). Defendants claim that Plaintiff Mary Braddoek (Braddoek) failed to comply with certain Florida statutes in filing her medical malpractice action against them. Braddoek originally filed this action in Michigan, and agrees that she did not comply with Florida’s statutes that might govern her claim.
