MEMORANDUM
COBB, District Judge.
This medical malpractice controversy arises out of the death of an eighteen-day old infant, Shahayla Poindexter. Plaintiffs allege that Defendants, the doctors who treated Shahayla, were negligent in failing to properly treat her. Defendant Dr. Bon-sukan moves to strike the report of Plaintiffs’ expert, Dr. Stanley Spinner, because, allegedly, his report does not satisfy the requirements of section 13.01(r)(6) of the Texas Medical Liability and Insurance Improvement Act (Act).
