The accused was tried by a special court-martial for the offense of driving while drunk, resulting in injuries to others, in violation of Article 111, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC § 911. He was found guilty as charged, and evidence of two previous convictions was placed before the court. He was sentenced to a bad-conduct discharge, and the convening authority approved the findings and sentence.
