FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS RE: “TURNKEY”
CHILSON, Senior District Judge.
Plaintiff seeks to recover damages for alleged improper construction of a mobile home park under a construction contract. There' are a number of issues raised by the parties which must be determined before the complete disposition of this controversy. Counsel for plaintiff and defendants requested that certain of the issues be sepa rately determined and to that end entered into the following stipulation.
